Touch function issues
The touch function does not work.
Make sure not to use an object other than your finger when tapping the screen.
Make sure the screen or your finger is not wet.
Make sure you are not wearing a glove and your finger is not dirty.
The touch point does not match.
If a touch point is inaccurate, perform the touch calibration again.

The touch function is not working properly in a program.
A program is not working properly.
If a Windows or Mac program not provided with Samsung monitors or a program installed on your PC
is not working properly, contact the original software vendor.
