A solid red or blinking red System LED indicates a system error, often due to a communication problem with the Verizon Wireless network. You can call Verizon Wireless Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 or dial *611 from your Verizon Wireless mobile phone and select the option for technical support. If the WAN LED is blue, ensure your router is properly communicating with your ISP and the Internet activity LED on the router is blinking. Also, install the external GPS antenna, as an inability to receive a GPS signal can cause account validation failure.
