  The device is attempting to receive GPS information, but there’s a GPSR module failure due to a self-test failure, power failure, Electronic Frequency Control (EPC) exceeding normal operation range, or OCXO/TCXO failure. If the issue continues for more than 12 hours, make sure the GPS antenna is near a window. If that doesn't work, consider buying and installing an outdoor GPS antenna. Check the GPS outdoor antenna section of the installation guide.
