      If your Samsung Network Extender hasn't acquired a GPS fix after an hour, try moving it to a new location with fewer obstructions, ideally in an open area closer to a window. You can also unplug the power adapter for 10 seconds and then plug it back in to re-initiate the startup sequence. If the GPS signal is still not detected, install the GPS extension cable and reposition the GPS antenna. Remember, the GPS antenna must remain connected to the Network Extender at all times for it to operate.

      If the Power/Status Indicator Light on your Samsung Extender is not turning on, ensure the power adapter is securely connected to a working power outlet. Also, check that the power adapter’s connector is securely inserted into the DC 12V port on the back of the Network Extender.
