This may occur when the
water supply valve is
defective.
• Ifthewatersupplyvalveisbroken,replace
the valve.
• Checkifthewatersupplyisblockeddue
toanaliensubstanceinthevalveorcheck
if the water is supplied to the machine. If
aproblemisfound,taketheappropriate
countermeasure.
• Checkifthewatersupplyisblockeddueto
the water being frozen.
• IfthePBARelaymalfunctions,replacethe
PBA.
1. Measure the resistance of the
water supply valve.
- Resistance:0.9KΩto1.1KΩ
between the terminals of the
Water Supply Valve.
2. Checkwhetherthereisforeign
material in the Water supply
valvelter.
This may occur when the
main PCB is defective.
This may occur due to
frozen water.

This may occur when the
drain pump is defective.
• Checkifthereisanyaliensubstanceinside
the draining pump motor.
• Checkthenaturaldraininthesamemanner.
• Checkifthereareanyincorrectconnections
orbrokenwires.
• Ifthemachinemalfunctionsintermittently
when the wash tub water temperature is
high,replacethepump.
• Ifthemotorstopsduetothewaterbeing
frozeninwinter,removethefrozenwater
referring to the relevant repair procedures.
Checkthedrainpumpresistance.
(Resistance:13.5~16.5Ω)
This may occur due to
frozen water.
Checkifthereisanyalien
substance inside the
draining pump.
This may occur when the
main PCB is defective.
Communication
Check

The signals between the sub
andmainPBAsarenot
sensed.
• Checkthewireconnectionsandterminal
contactsbetweenthesubandmainPBAs.
• Checkfordisconnectedwires.
• CheckwhetherthesubPBAisshort-circuited
because of moisture.
• IfthemainPBA’scommunicationcircuitis
faulty,replaceit.
