Why does my S&A Chiller display an ultra-high temperature alarm (E05 or E07)?
    • G
      gpriceAug 8, 2025
If your S&A Chiller displays an ultra-high temperature alarm (E05 or E07), several factors could be the cause: * The dust gauze might be blocked, leading to poor thermolysis. Clean the dust gauze regularly. * There may be poor ventilation around the air outlet and inlet. Ensure smooth ventilation. * The voltage could be extremely low or unstable. Improve the power supply circuit or use a voltage regulator. * The thermostat parameter settings might be incorrect. Reset the controlling parameters or restore factory settings. * Frequent power switching can cause this. Allow sufficient time for refrigeration (more than 5 minutes). * There might be an excessive heat load. Reduce the heat load or consider using a model with a larger cooling capacity.

How to troubleshoot an S&A Chiller that turns on but is unelectrified?
    • S
      Summer SpencerAug 12, 2025
If your S&A Chiller turns on but isn't electrifying, here's what to check: * Ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into the power interface and that the connection is secure. * Inspect the fuse. If it's burnt out, open the electric box cover, check the protective tube, replace the fuse with a spare if necessary, and verify the power supply voltage is stable. Also, ensure the power interface and plug are making good contact.

What to do if my S&A Chiller shows an alarm for ultra-high room temperature (E03)?
    • C
      Carl WebbAug 16, 2025
If your S&A Chiller displays an alarm for ultra-high room temperature (E03), it means the working ambient temperature is too high for the chiller. Improve the ventilation to ensure the machine runs under 40 degrees Celsius.

Why does my S&A Chiller show a flow alarm (E01 or E02) even when connected to a water pipe?
    • B
      bethfordAug 21, 2025
If your S&A Chiller displays a flow alarm (E01 or E02) even with a water pipe directly connected, the water level in the storage water tank might be too low. Check the water level gauge display, add water until the level is in the green area, and inspect the water circulation pipe for leaks.

What to do if S&A Chiller flow alarm shows (E01 or E02) when running with equipment?
    • D
      Dustin DudleyAug 26, 2025
If your S&A Chiller displays a flow alarm (E01 or E02) while running with other equipment, but not when a water pipe is directly connected, the water circulation pipes may be blocked or deformed. Check the water circulation pipes for blockages or bending.

How to fix a serious condensate water problem with my S&A Chiller?
    • J
      Johnny HarveyAug 29, 2025
If you're experiencing a significant amount of condensate water with your S&A Chiller, it could be that the water temperature is much lower than the ambient temperature, and the humidity is high. Try increasing the water temperature or preserving heat for the pipeline.

Why is water draining slowly from my S&A Chiller during water changes?
    • B
      Brianna BassSep 3, 2025
If water drains slowly from the outfall during water changing in your S&A Chiller, the injection port might not be open. Make sure to open the injection port.
