Why S&A Chiller shows ultra-high temperature alarm (E05 or E07)?
    • O
      ocollinsAug 4, 2025
An ultra-high temperature alarm on your S&A Chiller (E05 or E07) can occur due to several reasons: * A blocked dust gauze, resulting in bad thermolysis. Regularly unpick and wash the dust gauze. * Poor ventilation for the air outlet and inlet. Ensure smooth ventilation. * Extremely low or unstable voltage. Improve the power supply circuit or use a voltage regulator. * Improper parameter settings on the thermostat. Reset controlling parameters or restore factory settings. * Frequent power switching. Ensure sufficient time for refrigeration (more than 5 minutes). * Excessive heat load. Reduce the heat load or use a model with larger cooling capacity.

What to do if S&A Chiller shows flow alarm (E01 or E02) but there is water flowing?
    • J
      Joan HartAug 10, 2025
If your S&A Chiller displays a flow alarm (E01 or E02) while running with other equipment, but water is flowing, the water circulation pipes might be blocked or have a bending deformation. You should check the water circulation pipe.

What to do if S&A Chiller shows flow alarm (E01 or E02) when using a water pipe?
    • T
      Tracy BrownAug 14, 2025
If your S&A Chiller displays a flow alarm (E01 or E02) even when using a water pipe, it might be due to a low water level in the storage water tank. Check the water level gauge display and add water until the level is shown in the green area. Also, check whether the water circulation pipe leaks.

What to do if S&A Chiller shows alarm for ultra-high room temperature (E03)?
    • S
      Sheila LeeAug 20, 2025
If your S&A Chiller displays an alarm for ultra-high room temperature (E03), it could be due to: The working ambient temperature is too high for the chiller, so you should improve the ventilation to guarantee that the machine is running under 40?. Alternatively, increase water temperature or preserve heat for the pipeline.

How to fix S&A Chiller that is turned on but unelectrified?
    • J
      Jacob MortonAug 26, 2025
If your S&A Chiller is turned on but not electrified, it could be due to the following reasons: * The power cord is not plugged in properly. Check and ensure the power interface and the power plug are plugged in place and in good contact. * The fuse is burnt-out. Open the electric box cover, check the protective tube, replace it with a spare one if necessary, and check whether the power supply voltage is stable. Also, ensure the power interface and plug are making good contact.

Why water drains slowly from S&A Chiller during water changing?
    • R
      Robert MirandaAug 30, 2025
If water drains slowly from the outfall of your S&A Chiller during water changing, the injection port might not be open. Open the injection port.
