• The blade should move into the jaw
contact guide fingers on center. See

• When the switch is fully closed, the inter-
rupter shunt arms are no more than
⅛-inch
(3 mm) from the auxiliary return arms of
the multipurpose operating cams, and the
shunt arms and return arms do not touch. See
Figu re 37.

NOTICE
Omni-Rupter Switches specified with the optional
harsh environment contacts (catalog number suffix
“-C”) have graphite-impregnated blades that are
greaseless and self-lubricating. DO NOT apply
grease to the blade contacts.
