Format
CAUTION: Ensure that you back up all of the media files you use with your
Sansa Clip Zip MP3 player before FORMATTING the device as it will cause the files you
have stored on the device to be deleted. You will have to re-transfer your content to
the device after you have formatted it.
1. Select Format.
2. Confirm your choice by selecting Yes or No.
Restore
1. Select yes or no to restore factory settings with all settings returning to the way in
which the device was set when purchased toggle using up and down buttons then
select Yes or No. To leave this option, press the back button .
