Pilot Valve Servicing
With Pilot Valve removed from pump.
Step 1: Remove snap ring (3F).
Step 2: Remove sleeve (3B), inspect O-Rings (3C),
replace if required.
Step 3: Remove spool (3D) from sleeve (3B),
inspect O-Rings (3E), replace if required.
Step 4: Lightly lubricate O-Rings (3C) and (3E).
Reassemble in reverse order.
