Defrosting
This feature allows you to defrost your frozen foods simply by entering the weight or time.
For defrosting please follow the steps below.
1. Turn the Menu/Time dial anti-clockwise to
select code “09”.
2. Press the Clock/Weight Adjust button once.
3. Turn the Menu/Time dial to enter your
needed time.
4. Press Start/Quick Start button to start
cooking.
5. Press the Stop/Cancel button once to stop
defrosting. Press the Stop/Cancel button
again to cancel the setting.
• During the cooking, the oven will pause
and beep to remind you to turn food over
for better cooking eect.
• Press the Start/Quick Start button to
resume.
• Large items may be frozen in the centre.
Therefore, to ensure even thawing,
turn them over from time to time and
break them into smaller pieces during
defrosting.
• Place roasts fat-side down or whole
poultry breast-side down.
• Drain liquids during defrosting as the
juices from food can get hot and cook the
food.
