Battery Installation
Battery cover is located on the back of the
unit. Slide the cover downwards to gain
access to the battery compartment. Insert
two AA (UM-3/R6/LR6) batteries into the
compartment. Make sure that the battery is
positioned in accordance with the indicated
diagram. Replace cover.
Note:
You can always monitor the battery power
from LCD display battery icon. When battery
power becomes very low and unable to
operate the radio, low battery indicator will
appears on the LCD display. The radio will
shut off.
Headphones
The 3.5 mm stereo headphone socket located
on the top of your radio is provided for use
with stereo headphones or an earpiece.
