TANK WATER
In order to ensure safe and correct
operation of the machine and
to maintain a suitable level of
performance and high quality of
the drinks dispensed, it is important
that, in relation to the water used
(both for the tank and the mains
supply) at the inlet, the hardness is
between 9°f (90ppm, 5°d) and 15°f
(150ppm, 8.4°d), the PH is between
6.5 and 8.5 and the amount of
chlorides is less than 50 mg/l.
Respecting these values allows the
machine to operate with maximum
efciency. If these parameters are
not met, it will be necessary to
install a specic ltering device,
always in compliance with the local
drinking water standards in force.
To ll the tank, lift the lid and pour water until the
maximum level indicated in the tank is reached. The
lack of water inside the tank is indicated by the red
LED 3:
- ashing light: pre-alarm status. You can still
dispense coffee for up to 10 seconds.
- steady on: alarm status. All dispensing functions
are stopped and the tank level must be restored. In
the CUBE R version the display shows “H2O”.
