8. Maintenance
Routine maintenance is needed to ensure that the machine remains in good working condition and has a long
service life. Maintenance and any repairs should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
8.1 Daily Maintenance
Clean and change water every two days for cleaning box. Keep the nozzle clean.
Add colorant in time when software shows low colorant warning. If the colorant in the canister is too little,
less than 0.5L, which will affect the accuracy of the dispensing. Cover the canister cover as soon as
finishing adding colorant.
Keep machine power on; even it is not used. Or the colorants would not be stirred.
Clean all the plastic tubes every week manually according to the user manual to ensure the dispensing
accuracy. Notice: moving parts may cause injury.
Clean the nozzle if the colorant is not dispensed out in straight line.
If the machine hasn’t been used for more than 3 days, every colorant
needs to be dispensed 0.3ml to ensure the accuracy.
8.2 Periodical Maintenance
Do the following maintenance every 1-6 months:
Check stirring paddle inside each canister, see whether it works; if not, repair.
Rotate the valve handle to clean the nozzle. The handle shall move back
to its original position automatically.
Lubricate screw and guiding rod every 6 months.
Lubricate puncher rail every 6 months.
If the machine has not been used for a long time (more than 2 weeks),
clean each nozzle first
9. Change Spare Parts
1) Change Outer Canister.
Loose the fixing screws of the fixing plate. See 9.1. Remove the fixing plate. Loose the fixing screws of
the canister. Rotate the canister clockwise to remove it from the turntable.
2) Change Middle Canister.
