8. Troubleshooting
Issue
Cause
Solution
No message on LCD.
Power supply in trouble.
Check the socket; plug; and
switch.
Broken fuse/power line.
Replace the fuse/power line.
LCD displays “Clamping
System Trouble”.
DC motor wire in trouble.
Replace it.
Circuit board in trouble.
Replace it.
The DC motor stops work
after several rounds of
rotation and LCD displays
“Clamping System
Trouble”.
Magnetic switch wire in trouble.
Replace it.
Magnetic switch is defective.
Replace it.
The machine cannot shake
big container.
Loose V-belt.
Tension it.
LCD Displays “Emergency
Button Pressed”.
Emergency stop button is pressed.
Release it.
Emergency stop is defective or its
connection wire is broken.
Replace it or connect the
wire.
LCD displays “Door Open”.
The door is not closed well.
Close it.
Electric mortise lock in trouble.
Replace it.
LCD displays “Initializing”
right after the AC motor is
started.
Too thin wiring for mains power
supply.
Replace the wiring by a thick
one or install a voltage
stabilizer.
No shaking while the
clamping system works
well.
AC motor capacitor in trouble.
Replace it.
AC motor in trouble.
Replace it.
Extreme vibrations and
noises during shaking.
The machine is not leveled.
Adjust the feet to level it.
Deformation of the paint can.
Replace it.
Overloaded.
Reduce the load.
After clamping, LCD
displays “Shaking”. The
main motor produces noises
and time-counting is still on
as usual but shaking cannot
proceed.
Starting capacitor is damaged.
Change the position of the
switch on the capacitor union.
LCD shows “Motor
Overheat”.
Shaker works under improper
voltage (too high or too low) for
too long time.
1. Power off the machine to
lower temperature. Restart
the machine after one hour.
2. Install a voltage stabilizer.
3. If the phenomenon occurs
frequently, check electrical
circuit.
