Ejecting discs
1. Press the
■ button.
2. Press the DISC SELECTOR buttons to select the disc
to be ejected.
3. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button.
Example:”3 OPEN” appears on the display.
4. Remove the disc.
NOTE:
If no disc is loaded on the disc tray, “NO dlSC” appears
on the display.
Temporarily stopping play
When the
WI button is pressed during play, “ II PAUSE”
appears on the display and play is temporarily stopped.
To resume play, press the
➤I button again.
Skip play
Press the w or
FEI button to quickly find the beginning of
the next track or return to the beginning of the track that is
playing.
To skip to track 6 while track 3 is playing, press
the WI button repeatedly until “6” appears in the
TRACK section of the display.
- To skip back to track 3 while track 6 is playing,
press the w button repeatedly until “3” appears
in the TRACK section of the display.
NOTES:
When the skip function is used in the pause mode, the
CD changer will skip to the start of the track, then
pause.
When the skip function is used in the program mode,
the CD changer will skip tracks in the order they were
programmed.
Search (Forward/Reverse)
If the t<< or
w button is pressed during play, the CD
changer will search at high speed in the forward or reverse
direction.
When the button is released, normal play will continue.

While the IM< or ➤ button is pressed, the sound will
be reduced in volume.
If the M< or rebutton is pressed in the pause mode,
pause will resume when the button is released.
Introscan
Press the INTRO button to play approximately the first 10
seconds of each track of each disc. “INTRO appears on
the display.
INTRO

Press the INTRO button again to return to normal play.
If the INTRO button is pressed during normal play,
introscan will start with the next track on the disc.
If the
■ button or OPEN/CLOSE button is pressed, the
intro mode will be canceled.
