Another possibility is that the floater is stuck on the drain valve, in which case you should remove and clean or exchange the drain valve. A damaged drain valve can also cause this issue, requiring you to exchange it. Finally, ensure that the internal filter pressure is not less than 1 bar; increase the inlet pressure if needed.
