Keep the oating blade guard clean and free of dust to allow unobstructed viewing of
the blade and workpiece.
If any portion of the oating dust collection guard ceases to function properly, replace
or repair it before continuing to use the saw.
When not in use, the oating blade guard can be stored in its upper position, or the
dust tube lock knob can be unlocked and the dust tubes and oating dust collection
guard can be pivoted away from the saw.
