3.3 PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE
Before programming your control module, consult the example below and fill in the
programming grid (see page 8).
This example is not programmed in the module.
By default, the 3 setpoints Tc, Tr and Tn are set at "00°C", the 7 steps of the 7 days of the week are set
at "00:00=Clr" and all the dates are set at "00 Jan 01" (1st January 2000).
ADJUST SETPOINTS (MENU A)
To make optimum use of your heating, there are 3 available temperature setpoints :
Tc : Comfort temperature (ex : working day in the factory).
Tr : Reduced temperature (ex : preheating half an hour before worker's arrival).
Tn : Night temperature (ex : to prevent freezing outside factory working hours).
See programming grid on page 8.
WEEKDAY PROGRAMMING (MENUS B AND C)
Specify a typical timetable for each day of the week (Monday to Sunday)
- Before 07.00 : factory closed (Tn setpoint maintained since the day before).
- 07.00 - 07.30 : preheating half an hour before worker s ' arrival (setpoint Tr).
- 07.30 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 17.15 : working day (setpoint Tc).
- 12.00 - 13.00 : lunch break (setpoint Tr).
- After 17.15 : factory closed (setpoint Tn until new programming step)
Example of programming for Monday
Setpoint Tr Tc Tr Tc Tn
Step 1 2 3 4 5
Time 07.00 07.30 12.00 13.00 17.15
Tn Tr Tc Tr Tc Tn
Step programming is only required with a SETPOINT CHANGE.
Example : programming is not required on Monday at 00.00 since the heating is already set to Tn
(as from Friday 11.30).
See programming grid on page 8.
