7.2.1 Detergents
Please refer to the manufacturer's information regarding the detergents.
Admissible detergents • 50 % isopropyl alcohol
• Neutral detergents
• Soap water
• All products that are suitable for ABS0 plastic (housing device), Polycarbonate PC
(LCD window) and Polyester PES (keyboard)
Non-admissible detergents Never use products containing the following:
• Ethyl alcohol
• Acetone
•Hexane
• Abrasive cleaning powder
• Plastic-dissolving products
Cleaning removes dust, dirt and stains; however, this does not constitute a
disinfection. Use commercially available detergents intended for clinics, hospitals
and practices.
