Ø In order to query the positions "opened" or "closed": Fasten the
screw (5) to the base jaw (2).
Tightening torque: see the following table.
Mount the distance sleeve (6), on the side of the main air con-
nections, to the housing.
Ø In order to query the "part gripped" position: Fasten the dis-
tance sleeve (6) and the screw (5) to the base jaw (2).
Tightening torque: see the following table.
Ø Fasten the bracket (4) and only slightly tighten the screws (1).

Ø Move the gripper into the required position.
Ø Move the sensor (3) into the bracket (4) and adjust a distance to
the screw head of 0.2mm.
Ø Tighten the screws (1).
Tightening torque: 12.5 Ncm
Ø Query the positions "opened", "closed" or "part gripped" and
test the function.
