11. Montagevorrichtungen
11.1 Montagehülse Lagerwelle PSK 16:
Zum Schutz der O-Ringe (Pos. 23) bei der Montage der
Lagerwelle.
11.2 Demontagehülse Lagerwelle PSK 16:
Zum Herauspressen der Lagerwelle auch bei montiertem Kabel.
Kanten verrunden

12. Problemanalyse
Der Schwenkkopf bewegt sich nicht:
– Energieversorgung überprüfen
– Anschlüsse vertauscht
– Steuerimpuls fehlt
– Belastung zu groß
– Näherungsschalter defekt
– Betriebsdruck überprüfen (bar)
Schwenkkopf bleibt ohne äußere Einwirkung in einer
Zwischenstellung stehen:
– Der Schwenkkopf muss zur Überprüfung ins Werk zurück
Leistungsverlust (Druckverlust):
– Dichtungen überprüfen
– Leitungsdruck überprüfen
Dämpfung funktioniert nicht:
– in beiden Einstellungen:
– Belastung zu groß (Zur Überprüfung der Belastung wenden

– in einer Einstellung: möglicherweise Dämpfer defekt
Schwenkwinkelposition verstellt:
– siehe Kapitel 8.2 Schwenkwinkeleinstellung
– Einstellschraubenmutter nicht gekontert

11. Assembly devices
11.1 Assemble sleeves shaft PSK 16:
For protecting the O-rings (Pos. 23) during assembly of the shaft.
11.2 Disassembly sleeves shaft PSK 16:
For pushing out the shaft even though the cables are mounted.
12. Trouble shooting:
The swivel head does not move:
– Check energy supply
– The connections were misaligned
– The control pulse is missing
– The payload is too high
– The proxmity switch is damaged
– Check the operating pressure (bar)
The swivel head stops in an intermediate position without
any influence from outside:
– The swivel head must be returned for inspection to SCHUNK.
Loss of power (loss of pressure):
– Check the sealings
– Check the pressure of the feedings.
The shock absorber does not function:
– in both directions:
– The payload is too high (Check the payload and call our
technical sales department +49-7133-103-0.
– In one direction: The shock absorber may be damaged.
The position of the swivel angle is misaligned:
– See chapter 8.2 Adjustment of the swivel angle
– The nut of the adjustment screw is not fixed.
