If your SCHUNK Industrial Equipment isn't moving, several factors could be at play. Start by verifying the evenness of the mounting surface, as unevenness can cause the base jaws to jam. Ensure that the air supply meets the minimum pressure requirements. Check the compressed air lines to confirm they are correctly connected. Examine the proximity switch for defects or incorrect settings, and readjust or replace the sensor if necessary. Close any unused air connections. Make sure the flow control valve is open. If none of these steps resolve the issue, a component part may be defective, requiring replacement or repair by SCHUNK.
