Why is my SCHUNK PGN-plus-P product not moving?

  Your SCHUNK Industrial Equipment might not be moving due to several reasons. The base jaws may be jamming in the housing because the mounting surface isn't even; in this case, check the evenness of the mounting surface. It could also be due to the pressure dropping below the minimum, so check the air supply. Other potential causes include switched compressed air lines (check them), a defective or incorrectly set proximity switch (readjust or change the sensor), open unused air connections (close them), a closed flow control valve (open it), a defective component part (replace it or send it to SCHUNK for repair), or a subsequent assembly of the dust-protection mounting kit (move base jaws several cycles with maximum operating pressure).
