RADIO DAB/FM
Problem Solution
Poor radio reception. • Make sure the DAB/FM aerial is fully extended.
• Electrical interference in your home can cause
poor reception. Move the unit away from them
(especially those with motors and transformers).
Desired station
not found.
• Weak signal. Search manually.
• If reception is still poor, adjust the position of the
aerial.
INTERNET RADIO
Problem Solution
No connection. • Make sure the Wi-Fi router is plugged in and wor-
king.
• Reconnect the radio to your Wi-Fi router.
• Check you radio is within 5m of your router.
Can’t hear the
radio station
• Sometimes the Wi-Fi connection is temporary
lost or connection is weak, check the Wi-Fi con-
nection or move the radio closer to your router.
• Not all radio stations transmit 24 hours a day,
they might not be transmitting.
• Not all radio stations transmit at the same volu-
me level you may need to increase the volume.
BLUETOOTH
®
Problem Solution
I cannot find
“DAB 650” on my Blue-
tooth
®
device.
• Ensure the Bluetooth
®
function is activated on
your Bluetooth
®
device.
• Repair the unit with your Bluetooth
®
device.
Can’t hear the music • You may need to increase the volume on the ra-
dio and Bluetooth
®
device.
If any functional abnormality is encountered, unplug the unit from the mains so-
cket and reconnect it again
