Before each use, examinethe exercise machine for loose, broken, damaged,or worn parts. Do not use if
found in this condition. Repair or replace all parts atthe first sign ofwear or damage. After each workout,
usea dampcloth to wipe your machine and Consolefree of sweat.
Note: Avoid excessive moisture on the Console.

Checkfor smooth seat slider, handlebar slider, and console tilt operation. Clean the machine to remove
anydust, dirt, or grimefrom the surfaces. If needed, sparingly apply a thin coating of silicone lubeto
ease operation.
Note: Donot use petroleum based products.

Checkpedals and crank arms and tighten as necessary. Make sure all bolts and screws are tight.
Tighten as necessary.
