Check that all wires in the cable are intact and replace the cable if any are visibly pinched or cut. Also, ensure the cables at the base of the mast and at the back of the console are securely connected and properly oriented, with the small latch on the connector lined up and snapped into place. Inspect the console display for cracks or other damage, and replace the console if damaged.
