How to fix no count/RPM reading on Schwinn Crewmaster?
    • J
      Jill JacobsSep 1, 2025
If your Schwinn Home Gym is not providing a count or RPM reading, ensure all wires in the cable are intact, replacing the cable if any are cut or crimped. Verify that the cable is securely connected and oriented correctly, ensuring the small latch on the connector lines up and snaps into place. Confirm the RPM Sensor Magnet is in place on the seat slider frame. Ensure the seat is installed with the Schwinn™ name pointing away from the rower engine, so that the RPM Sensor Magnet is on the correct side. The RPM Sensor Assembly should be aligned with magnets and connected to the data cable; realign the sensor if necessary, and replace it if there is any damage to the sensor or the connecting wire.

If the issue persists after eliminating interference, replace the strap. If the heart rate still doesn't function, consider replacing the console.
