7. Loosen and remove the hardware that attaches the Chain
Guard Inside to the Main Frame. Set the hardware safely aside.
8. Carefully lift and slide the Chain Guard Inside forward
to disengage from the axles, then move it toward the rear of
the bike. Remove the Chain Guard Inside and discard it.
9. Installation is the reverse procedure.
NOTICE: Do not crimp any cables. Make sure the Flywheel
does not touch the Chain Guard Inside.
Note: Before closing the Chain Guard Door, verify that the
Speed Sensor (D) and Speed Sensor Magnet (E) on the
Sprocket Drive do not touch.
10. Final Inspection
Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and
components are properly assembled.
Do not use until the machine has been fully assembled and
inspected for correct performance in accordance with the
Owner’s Manual.
