of workout program selection screens. This screen
will show an additional ve more pre-programmed
workout proles.
A new screen will appear with additional programs:
Heart Rate, Stress Test, Random, Power Fit and
Heart Fit.
Heart Rate Program
The heart rate transmitter strap is required for this
program. Refer to page 10 for a complete instruction
on using the strap and to understand how to calculate
your target heart rate.
