Powering
To ensure proper operation, your sE product requires a Phantom power source that provides 48 Volts
according to IEC 61938.
Risk of damage
Do not connect your sE product to any power supply other than a Phantom power
source (input with Phantom power or external IEC standard Phantom power
supply) with a floating connector, using a balanced cable with studio-grade
connectors to IEC 268-12 only. This is the only way to ensure safe and reliable
operation.
Please be aware that Phantom power cannot pass through TRS connectors. A balanced microphone
cable with XLR connectors at both sides is required to provide Phantom power to your sE product.
Safety and maintenance
Warning
The product may contain small, detachable parts, which may cause choking,
personal injury, or death, especially in children. Please exercise care in the use and
handling of small parts and keep them away from children under four years of age.
• This product is safe under normal and reasonably foreseeable operating conditions.
• Do not open or modify the product.
• The product must be returned to the manufacturer or destinated vendors for any service or repair.
• Do not disassemble or attempt to service this product.
• This is not a children’s product and is not intended to be used by children under 14 years old.

Please make sure that any piece of equipment to which your sE product will be
connected fulfills the safety regulations enforced in your country and is fitted with a
ground lead.
