To fix this, release the handle catch, push the handle down, and close the handle catch. * It might not be plugged into a working outlet. Try using another outlet. * The cable could be worn and needs to be replaced. * The bag housing might not be seated fully into the locked position on top of the power head. Ensure the housing release button is snapped outward to its locked position.
