  If the Sebo Vacuum Cleaner does not turn on or shuts off intermittently, there might be a few reasons: * The handle may not be fully inserted into the bag housing, causing a faulty connection. To fix this, release the handle catch, push the handle down, and close the handle catch. * It might not be plugged into a working outlet. Try using another outlet. * The cable could be worn and needs to be replaced. * The bag housing might not be seated fully into the locked position on top of the power head. Ensure the housing release button is snapped outward to its locked position.
