If your Seca Medical Equipment isn't providing believable measurements, it might be due to a few reasons. First, double-check that you're using the correct edge for the measuring range you're working with, as described in the 'Performing length measurement' section. Also, make sure the patient is in the correct position or posture, referring to the same section for guidance. Lastly, verify that the measuring rod is properly mounted on the column scale, following the instructions in 'Before you really get started…'.
