Important note:
To prevent battery short-circuiting, the contacts of the battery supply lead (see
Appendices, item "B") must be additionally secured after soldering with a dot of glue to
stop them from accidentally becoming detached and touching each other (e.g. due to
mechanical loading or a defective soldered joint)! Here the solder contacts must be
completely encased in glue of the type "Loctite 5145"!
