Assembly (the references to pages and items relate to the replacement instructions drawing, pages 4-8)
Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
Please note the following points:
1. Fitting a new load cell (page 5):
After replacing load cells, the scale must be readjusted and calibrated if required. For adjustment, please
follow our calibration instructions, document no. No. 30-34-00-672.
2. Holder for mains socket and bubble level (pages 5 and 7):
If you have dismantled the holder or fitted a new bubble level, the scale must be tested again and
readjusted and calibrated as required.
Make sure the socket housing (page 7, item 7.3) bears firmly against the cover (item 7.4) before you
tighten it.
3. Housing for evaluation electronics (page 6 and 7):
Behind the cable gland (page 7, item 7.8) directly in the housing, the mains socket cable must be wound
on a ferrite ring (page 7, item 7.7). The cable must be pulled through the ring 5 times.
When soldering the load cell and mains socket cables onto the PCB (page 6, item 6.9) make sure the
cables are allocated correctly to the soldering pads. Solders without any fluxing agent residues must be
used.
When installing the PCB (page 6, item 6.9), make sure the installation position is correct (see drawing).
