TROUBLE POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
No display or display dim after
replacing battery
(1) Reversely install the battery
(2) Battery voltage is low
(1) Check the priority, +VE must
face up.
(2) Replace new battery
(CR2032)
The watch shows no heart rate
reading.
(3) The chest belt is not worn
properly.
(4) No contact between the skin
and the conductive pads.
(5) Wear the chest belt during
swimming or diving.
(3) Wear the chest belt just
below the beast and in
area with less dense chest
hair area.
(4) Wet the conductive pads with
few drops of water.
(5) The chest belt is not designed
for water activities.
