How to manually set the time zone
The second hand moves
to display the currently set
time zone.
When the crown is turned, the second
hand moves to the next zone.
To set the watch to the local time of the destination in an airplane, etc. (Manual time zone setting)
Manual time zone setting
In places where the time zone cannot be adjusted, the time zone can be set manually.

Set the time zone with reference to the “Time zone display and list of time zones around the
world P. 1 2 ,” to set the watch to the local time and date.
Note that by doing manual time zone setting, the DST (Daylight Saving Time) state switches from “AUTO (automatic)” to the “ST (OFF)” or “DST (ON).”
