locking tube.

Using an adjustable wrench prevent the locking tube
from turning while adjusting the luff extrusion tension
by turning the reefi ng winch.
The fi nal turn should ensure that the tack hook and its
key-hole slot will mate up.
Lower the locking tube while at
the same time enga-
ging the tack hook into the key-hole slot.
Replace the lock retaining screw.
