What to do if my Sencor SBR 950SS shows "E:01"?
    • R
      Robert SimpsonAug 20, 2025
If the Sencor Bread Maker displays "E:01", it indicates that the ambient temperature is higher than 56° C. To resolve this, unplug the bread maker and allow it to cool down.

Why is smoke coming out of my Sencor Bread Maker?
    • S
      sherrylambertAug 22, 2025
If smoke is escaping from the vents of your Sencor Bread Maker during baking, it's likely due to some elements being stuck to or near the heating element. This could also be residual oil on the heating element from the first use. Disconnect the bread maker from the power supply and carefully clean the heating element, taking precautions to avoid burns. For the first use, operate it with the lid open to dry it out.

    • D
      Debra MurphyAug 25, 2025
If the bread from your Sencor Bread Maker is too large and presses against the lid, it is likely due to too much yeast, dough, or water, or the ambient temperature being too high. Check these factors and reduce the ingredients or temperature accordingly.

Why is the crust of my Sencor Bread Maker too thick?
    • J
      Jennifer SpearsAug 27, 2025
If the bottom crust of your bread from Sencor Bread Maker is too thick, it's because you're using the function to keep the bread warm and leaving it in the baking container for too long, causing it to dehydrate. Take the bread out sooner and avoid using the keep-warm function.

Why does my Sencor SBR 950SS bread collapse?
    • W
      webbaaronAug 28, 2025
If the bread from your Sencor Bread Maker collapses inside while baking, it could be due to several reasons: 1. The flour doesn't have the proper composition. Use bread flour or strong powder. 2. The rising process is too quick, or the yeast temperature is too high. Use yeast at lower temperatures than the surrounding room temperature. 3. Too much water makes the dough too watery or too fine. Adjust the amount of water in the recipe according to its ability to absorb water.
  • V
    vfloresAug 30, 2025
Why is my Sencor Bread Maker bread so dense?
    • S
      Seth McdonaldAug 30, 2025
If the bread from your Sencor Bread Maker is too heavy and its structure is too dense, it could be due to too much flour or not enough water. Reduce the amount of flour or increase the amount of water. It could also be caused by too much fruit or wholegrain flour. Reduce the amount of these ingredients and increase the amount of yeast.

    Donna WilliamsSep 1, 2025
Why isn't my Sencor SBR 950SS Bread Maker mixing evenly?
    • X
      xhoganSep 1, 2025
If the ingredients are not evenly mixed and are incorrectly baked in your Sencor Bread Maker, make sure you have selected the correct program. Also, avoid opening the lid during the last rising period. If the mixing blade barely turns, inspect the hole in the kneading blade. Remove the baking container and turn on the kneading process without the dough. If it still doesn't work properly, contact an authorized service center.

    Tina FernandezSep 3, 2025
Why is my Sencor Bread Maker bread not rising?
    • M
      Marco LewisSep 3, 2025
If the bread from your Sencor Bread Maker is too small or rising didn't occur, it could be due to no yeast or not enough yeast, or yeast that is not active because of excessive temperature of the water, or the yeast was mixed with salt, or the ambient temperature is too low. Check the amount and activity of the yeast, and increase the ambient temperature as needed.

How to remove bread stuck in Sencor SBR 950SS Bread Maker?
    • M
      Michael GarciaSep 5, 2025
If you're finding it very difficult to take the bread out of your Sencor Bread Maker, it's likely that the kneading blade is stuck to the shaft inside the baking container. After removing the bread, fill the baking container with warm water and submerge the kneading blade in it for about 10 minutes. Then, remove it and clean it thoroughly.
  • L
    Linda HamiltonSep 7, 2025
Why is my Sencor SBR 950SS motor running but not kneading?
    • D
      derrick63Sep 7, 2025
If you can hear the motor running in your Sencor Bread Maker but the dough is not being kneaded, it may be because the baking container is incorrectly attached or the dough is too large for mixing. Check that the baking container is correctly attached and that the dough is prepared according to the recipe, ensuring the ingredients have the correct weight.
