60 g of wholegrain wheat fl our
1/2 of a cube of fresh yeast or 2 teaspoons of dry yeast
Bread maker setting: Programme ULTRAFAST 1000g (fast baking) / size 1000 g / crust MEDIUM
SAUERKRAUT BREAD
Ingredients:
250 ml of water
250 g of sauerkraut, cheese and sausage mixture
100 g of wheat bread fl our
350 g of fi ne wheat fl our
90 g of wholegrain spelt fl our
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of Sladovit (malt extract, possible to purchase in health food stores)
1/2 cube of fresh yeast or 2 teaspoons of dry yeast
caraway seeds according to taste
Bread maker setting: Programme ULTRA FAST 1000g (fast baking) / size 1000 g / crust MEDIUM
DARK BREAD WITH CZABAI SAUSAGE
Ingredients:
400 ml of water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 tablespoons of yeast
250 g of wholegrain wheat fl our special
150 g of dark rye bread fl our
180 g of wheat bread fl our
1 tablespoon of caraway seeds
2 tablespoons of linseeds
1 teaspoon of dried garlic
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of dry yeast or 1/4 of cube of fresh yeast
Procedure: 5 minutes before the end of the kneading add 1/2 a piece of cabajka sausage roughly
grated and a handfull of fresh chives. Then shred 50 g of hard cheese Koliba and add it to the dough.
Bread maker setting: Programme BASIC (standard bread) / size 1000 g / crust MEDIUM
BUCKWHEAT BREAD
Ingredients:
150 ml of white yoghurt
200 ml of water
2 tablespoons of olive oil, if possible extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar, if possible wine vinegar
300 g of fi ne bread fl our
50 g of fi ne our
150 g of buckwheat fl our
100 g of buckwheat barley
2 tablespoons of buckwheat semolina
2 tablespoons of buckwheat sprouts
2 tablespoons of powdered mashed potatoes with milk
1-2 teaspoon of instant roasted rye (Melta)
1-2 teaspoons of milled caraway seeds
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of yeast
a little crystal (powder) vitamin C
