Figure 18 shows the Auto Cleaning Frequency screen. This screen sets the frequency
between auto cleaning cycles for the VREL valve. When auto clean is enabled the
controller periodically actuates the VREL valve to prevent plugging. To change the minutes
eld, use the ▲ and ▼ keys. To change the hours eld, hold the ENTER key while using
the ▲ and ▼ keys. To change the days eld, hold the MENU key while using the ▲ and ▼
keys. To return to the continued setup screen, use the ESC key.
 NOTE
To disable auto cleaning, set the frequency to 0:00:00.

Figure 19 shows the second continued setup screen. The cursor indicates the option you
wish to choose. Move the cursor using the ▲ and ▼ keys. Select the option using the
ENTER key. To exit this screen and return to the previous screen, press the ESC key.

Figure 20 shows the alarm setup screen. Use the ▲ and ▼ keys to change the alarm
threshold. Use the ENTER key to advance to the next alarm point. After all alarm levels
are set, the screen automatically returns to the continued setup screen (screen 2). The
following alarm conditions can be set:
Outlet Temperature: High temperature alarm for the sample temperature to analyzers.
A high outlet temperature triggers a shutdown and sets the common alarm relay. On
later model units (11/16/11 or later) the high temperature setpoint can be changed when
in a high temperature alarm by holding the ESC button down and pressing the Enter
button. This sets the high temperature setpoint to 5 degrees above the current outlet
