workmanship.If a structural or mechanicaldefect occurs
duringthe warranty period, SentrySafewill, at its option, (I)
repairor replacethedefectivepart(s) orproductatnocharge;
(2) issue arefund of the purchaseprice paidfor the product;
or (3) issueacredit to beappliedagainstthe purchaseof a
newSentrySafeproduct.Shipping/deliverychargesmayapply

or malfunction causedbymodification, alteration, repair or
serviceof the product byanyoneother than SentrySafeor
its authorized representative,or causedbyphysicalabuse
toor misuseof theproduct.SentrySafespecifically
disclaimscoveragefor damagethat mayresult from the
improper handlingof the productduring movingand/or
installation.
5.NoSentrySafeagent,employee,representative,dealer
or retailer has the authority to makeor implyany
representation,promiseor agreementwhichin anyway
variesthe terms of this LimitedWarranty.
6.ThisLimitedWarrantyshallapplyto new,first quality
SentrySafeproducts andshall not applyto factory seconds
or previouslyownedproducts, or products previously
damagedby sucheventsincluding,but not limited to, fire,
flood,earthquake,burglary,handlingbymoversor
installers.
Allof theprovisionsof thisLimitedWarrantyare
separateandseverable.If anyprovisionis heldinvalid and
unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the
validityor enforceabilityof theotherprovisions.This
LimitedWarrantygivesyou specific legalrights,andyou
mayalso haveother rights whichvaryfrom stateto state,
provinceto province,or country to country.
