How to fix wireless connection issues on Sercomm RC8110?
    • U
      uoneillAug 16, 2025
If you cannot connect to your Sercomm Security Camera wirelessly, consider these points: * If a LAN cable is connected, the Wireless interface is disabled, as only one interface can be active. * Ensure that your PC and the Sercomm Security Camera have compatible wireless settings. * The Mode (Infrastructure or Ad-hoc) must be correct. * The ESSID must match. * WEP settings must match. * In Ad-hoc mode, the Channel should match (though not always required).

Why is local recording/setup not working on Sercomm Security Camera via IE in protected mode?
    • A
      Amanda RamosSep 4, 2025
If you are using the Sercomm Security Camera with the IE browser in protected mode on Windows Vista/7, the local recording and setup features won't be available because there will be no local recording files and the setup service of associated folder.
