PPI Sampling Quick Start Guide
Color will vary depending on model.
BEFORE SAMPLING
1) Remove PPI from heat sealed bag when ready to sample. Save the bag for later use with
same sampler.
2) Remove the black cap. Connect PPI to pump tubing after allowing the pump to warm up for
1.5 minutes. You are now sampling.

Summary

Before Sampling

Prepare PPI Sampler

Remove PPI from heat sealed bag when ready to sample. Save the bag for later use.

Connect PPI to Pump

Remove black cap, connect PPI to pump tubing after warm-up. Sampling begins.

After Sampling

Seal Sample

Disconnect sampler, replace cap, and seal inlet with sticker to secure the sample.

Package for Shipment

Place sampler back in original bag and ship to SGS Galson.

Calibration Procedure

Attach Calibration Adapter

Attach calibration adapter over the top of the PPI sampler.

Connect Calibration Tubing

Connect calibration tubing to device and pump tubing; warm pump. Warning: Do not twist chamber.

Return Calibration Adapter

Place calibration adapter back in its bag and ship to SGS Galson after completion.

Calibration Chamber Return Policy

Calibration chambers must be returned to SGS Galson to avoid replacement fees.
