Read the manual carefully before operating or adjusting the compressor.

Risk of Electric Shock

Disconnect from mains supply before maintenance. Avoid damp environments.

Risk of Accidental Start-up

Avoid carrying compressor when connected or tank is pressurized.

High Temperature Surfaces

Surfaces may get hot; do not operate with motor housing removed.

Eye and Ear Protection

Wear safety goggles and ear protection due to high sound levels.

General Safety Precautions

General Operation Safety

Familiarize with controls, avoid moving parts, dress appropriately, keep area clear.

Personal Protection

Always use eye protection (goggles) and hearing protection (earplugs/defenders).

Electrical and Environmental Safety

Avoid wet locations, hot surfaces, and directing air stream at people or animals.

Operational Awareness

Stay alert, do not use for breathing air, disconnect properly, handle cable with care.

Assembly Steps

Adjust the regulator to the correct pressure for the air tool using the output gauge.

Turn Off Compressor

Push the ON/OFF switch down to stop the compressor.

Depressurize and Drain

Depressurize the hose by operating the tool, then drain condensation from the tank.

Pressure and Thermal Management

Pressure Switch Control

Compressor controlled by pressure switch; rated pressure set at factory.

Release Valve for Restart

Release compressed air via valve for safe restart to prevent motor damage.

Thermal Overload Protection

Motor has thermal overload protection; let cool and push reset button if activated.

Troubleshooting Overload Cutout

If overload repeats, stop compressor and seek qualified service.

Cautions and Maintenance

General Cautions

Follow specific cautions regarding parts, electrical safety, and operation.
