      Mr. Edward Kelly Jr.Aug 25, 2025
If your Shark Pressure Washer has low operating pressure, it could be due to several reasons. The water supply might be insufficient, the faucet might be closed, or the inlet hose might be kinked. Try using a larger garden hose, cleaning the inlet water screen, and opening the faucet. It could also be due to a clogged inlet hose strainer (check plumbing system for leaks and retape leaks with Teflon tape), the machine has been stored in freezing temperatures (thaw out machine completely, including hose, spray gun and wand).

Why is there no detergent coming out of my Shark Pressure Washer?
    • K
      Kenneth NelsonAug 26, 2025
If there's no detergent coming out of your Shark Pressure Washer, make sure the detergent suction tube is properly connected to the machine. If the detergent is too thick, dilute it. Ensure the detergent filter valve is not at the lowest setting; set it to a higher setting. Also, check if the filter on the detergent suction tube is clogged and run warm water through it to remove debris. If the detergent suction tube is damaged or clogged, remove the obstruction or replace the tube. Ensure that the black detergent nozzle is attached and that the discharge nozzle is not obstructed; blow it out or remove debris with a fine needle.
