What is EPG?
“EPG (Electronic Program Guide)” is the program
schedule, displayed on the TV screen. EPG is broadcast
in conjunction with DTV. The TV screen shows EPG
when the viewer pressesEPGon the remote control,
provided the TV is receiving a digital broadcast signal.
EPG allows you to search the program, view the timer
details of the program schedule.

Allows you to adjust the color tone of still images.
This function allows you to connect the TV to a
smartphone that supports Mobile High-Definition
Link (Mobile High-Definition Link or MHL) using an
MHL-compatible cable.
When connecting the TV to an MHL-compatible
smartphone, be sure to use the correct MHL-
compatible cable (commercially available).

•
An MHL-compatible portable device is required to use
this function. Connect this device to the INPUT 2 terminal
(IN 2).
•
This product introduces MHL 2 technology.
•
The screen adjusts color and the still image disappears
automatically after 30 minutes.
•
Image Capture/Color adjustment function does not work
in USB photo/movie player. This function works for HDMI
and mixed signals.
You can schedule reminders for future shows. The
channel will automatically change at the scheduled
time.
This function allows you to reduce the brightness of the
backlight to reduce power consumption and increase the life of
the backlight as shown in the following table.

When an MHL-compatible device is connected to the TV, the TV
turns on automatically.

HAutomatic input selection
When an MHL-compatible device is connected while
the TV is on, the input mode is selected automatically.
The SUPER ECO status will be displayed on the channel
information window.
• ““Save Successful Timer” will be displayed.

This function is active when “Link operation” is set to
“On”. (See page 16.)
ATTENTION
• “Overlapping timer” will be displayed if the same time is
set twice.
• “Elapsed Timer” will be displayed if past time is set.
HOperation by remote control
The TV remote control can be used to control
portable devices.
