This is not a failure. This phenomenon occurs when the TV box expands and contracts
slightly with the change in temperature. This does not affect the operation of the TV.
Notes regarding the use of the TV in high and low temperature environments
•
When the device is used in a low-temperature space (such as a room, office), the image may leave long streaks or
appear slightly delayed. This is not a failure, and the device will return to normal when the temperature returns to
normal.
•
Do not leave the device in a hot or cold place. Also, do not expose the unit to direct light or near a heater, as this may
deform the TV box and damage the LCD screen.

Delete password
If you forget your password, delete it using the following procedure.

PressMENU(DRIVERS) to display the MENU screen, and then press CDto select “Initial installation”.

Pressa/bto select “Child Lock”, then pressENTER(ENTER) and the password input screen appears.
If you enter “3001” use the buttons0 – 9, the driver for setting “Child Lock” will be displayed.
Enter the 4-digit number as the password to use0 – 9. Now, the new password has been set.
