You can back up data using a Google account.
z Be sure to back up the data on your handset before you have it repaired or
replaced.

Back up to Google Drive: Set whether to back up to Google Drive by
setting this to ON/OFF.
Accounts: Select a Google account and make backup settings for apps,
the call log, and handset data.
Data transfer
You can back up and restore data on the handset using a microSD card.
z The following data can be backed up to/restored from a microSD card.
Address Book
SMS
Schedule
User/Learning dictionary (S-Shoin)
z While you are backing up/restoring data using a microSD card, [Airplane
mode] is set to ON.
z When the available space on the handset memory is insufficient, you may
not back up data to a microSD card.
z Insert a microSD card in advance when using one.
